Couscous 80 g -
Dried prunes 20 g -

Carrot 0.5 pcs

Steps to cook

Prepare the ingredients. Prepare all the ingredients - we will be cooking with them in a moment 👩🍳✨

Prepare the couscous with oil and hot water. Mix the couscous with a little oil, season with salt, pour over hot water in a 1:1.5 ratio, cover, and let stand for about 3-5 minutes according to the package instructions

Optional: Debone the thighs and cut into cubes. Optional: If you have chicken thighs on the bone, debone them (you can save the bones for stock) and cut the meat into cubes; otherwise just cut the meat

Brown the chicken until golden. Brown the chicken in a pan over higher heat for about 4 minutes until golden, then set aside

Saute the onion, carrots, and garlic. In the same pan, saute the onion, carrots, and garlic over medium heat for about 4-5 minutes until golden

Add the spices and briefly saute. Add ground cumin, cinnamon, and ground paprika and saute over low heat for another 1 minute

Add the plums, meat, and cook for 15-20 minutes. Add the dried plums and meat, pour in water so that the meat is submerged, and cook over low heat for about 10 minutes
