Double Cream 60 ml

Steps to cook

Prepare the ingredients. Prepare all the ingredients - we'll be cooking with them in a moment 🍗🥔✨

Chop the onion. Finely chop the onion

Chop the pepper. Cut the peppers into small cubes

Cut the meat. Cut the chicken breast into larger pieces

Sear the meat. Heat oil in a pan, sear the chicken on all sides over medium to high heat until golden brown, about 3 minutes, and set aside

Saute the vegetables. In the same pan, saute the onion and pepper in butter or oil over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes, until translucent

Add the paprika and saute. Add the ground paprika and saute over medium heat for about 1 minute

Cook the meat in the sauce. Return the chicken, add the cream and a little water, and cook over medium to high heat for about 5 minutes, until the sauce reduces slightly

Cook the dumplings. Cook the dumplings in boiling water for about 2 minutes or until they float to the surface

Pan-fry the dumplings. Pan-fry the cooked dumplings over medium heat until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes

Blend the sauce. Remove the meat from the sauce and blend the sauce with sour cream until smooth

Serve. Serve the meat with the sauce and pan-fried dumplings 🍽️✨
