Steps to cook

Pan-sear and finish baking the chicken breasts. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and sear them in a pan on both sides over medium to high heat for about 2 minutes on each side until golden, then transfer them to the oven and finish baking for about 10 minutes

Cut the pepper. Clean the pepper and cut it into small dice

Cut the tomatoes. Wash the tomatoes, remove the core, and cut into dice

Saute the pepper. Saute the pepper in a pan with a little oil over medium heat for about 3 minutes

Add the ingredients and mix. Add the curry, tomatoes, lemon juice, prepared couscous, and the remaining soy sauce and mix; briefly heat over medium heat for about 1-2 minutes
