Steps to cook
-
Prepare the ingredients. Prepare all the ingredients - we will be cooking with them in a moment 🍗✨
-
Cook the rice. Rinse the rice, put it in a pot with water, bring to a boil, then cook over low heat for about 15 minutes until tender
-
Slice the onion and garlic. Cut the onion into small dice and the garlic into thin slices
-
Cut the chicken. Cut the chicken breasts into smaller cubes
-
Season the chicken. Season the chicken with curry, salt, and pepper
-
Sear the chicken. Sear the chicken in a pan over high heat for about 3-4 minutes until golden, then remove it to the side
-
Add the onion and garlic. Add the onion and garlic to the pan and saute over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes until translucent
-
Add the tomato paste. Add the tomato paste and briefly saute it over medium heat for about 1 minute
-
Add the cream and return the chicken to the pan. Return the chicken to the pan, add the cream, and cook over low heat for about 5 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly (with a larger amount it may take up to 10 minutes; add the meat later so it does not overcook)
-
Turn off the stove and add the butter. After cooking, remove from the stove and stir in the butter
-
Serve. Serve 🍗🍽️✨
