Sour Cream 50 g -
Cooking cream 60 ml

Steps to cook

Prepare the ingredients. Prepare all the ingredients - we will be cooking with them in a moment 🍗✨

Cut the potatoes. Peel the potatoes and cut them into smaller pieces so they cook faster.

Cook the potatoes. Cook the potatoes in salted water over medium heat for about 10 minutes, until tender.

Cut the onion. Peel the onion and cut it into small dice.

Cut the bell pepper. Wash the bell pepper, remove the seeds, and cut it into small dice.

Cut the chicken. Cut the chicken meat into strips.

Sear the meat. Sear the chicken in a pan over medium to high heat until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes, season with salt and pepper, then remove it and set aside.

Sauté the vegetables. Add the onion and bell pepper to the pan and sauté over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes, until softened.

Add the paprika. Add the ground paprika and briefly sauté it over low heat for about 30 seconds.

Cook the sauce. Pour in the water and cream and cook over low heat for about 3 minutes.

Blend the sauce. Blend the sauce until smooth with the sour cream.

Finish cooking. Return the chicken to the sauce and simmer over low heat for about 1 more minute.

Serve. Serve with the cooked potatoes 🍽️✨
