Stir-Fry With Chicken And Rice

A dish that is popular rather in the bad sense of the word, but we will show you the way to make it taste good to everyone. The foundation is fresh ingredients and less oil. In this version, we will make Kato's stir-fry with long-grain rice and chicken meat.

What you will need

Boneless Chicken Thighs 1 pcs -
Basmati rice 80 g -
Passata 100 g -
Bell Pepper 1 pcs

Onion 0.5 pcs -
Soy Sauce 1 tbsp -
Garlic 1 clove

Steps to cook

Prepare Your Ingredients. Prepare all the ingredients β we will cook from them in a moment πβ¨

Cook The Rice. Rinse the rice thoroughly, cover with water in a 1:2 ratio, bring to a boil, cover, reduce to the lowest heat and cook for about 10β15 minutes until tender, or follow the instructions on the package

Optional: Cut The Chicken Thigh. Optional: if you have chicken thighs with bones, debone them and cut into cubes (you can save the bones for broth); if already deboned, simply cut them into pieces

Cut The Peppers. Cut the peppers into thin strips

Cut The Onion. Cut the onion into slices

Mince The Garlic. Mince the garlic finely

Sear The Meat. In a pan, sear the meat over medium to high heat for about 4β5 minutes until golden, then set aside

Sear The Vegetables. In the same pan, sear the vegetables over medium heat for about 4β5 minutes until slightly tender

Add The Meat, Tomatoes, Soy Sauce And Simmer. Return the meat to the pan, add soy sauce and tomatoes and simmer over low heat for about 2β3 minutes until everything is well combined
