  1. Preheat the oven and prepare the ingredients. Prepare all the ingredients and preheat the oven to 180 C - we will be cooking with them in a moment 🍝✨

  2. Prepare the sausage. Remove the sausage from its casing and break it into smaller pieces

  3. Cut the mozzarella. Cut the mozzarella into small cubes

  4. Mince the garlic. Peel the garlic and finely mince it

  5. Saute the garlic. Saute the garlic in a pan over medium heat for about 1 minute, until fragrant

  6. Saute the sausage. Add the sausage, stir it and break it into smaller pieces, and saute over medium heat for about 5 minutes until golden

  7. Drain the fat from the sausage. Remove the sausage, drain off the excess fat, and return it to the pan

  8. Add the tomatoes and basil. Add the tomatoes and, if desired, torn basil and cook over low heat for about 5 minutes, then season with salt and pepper

  9. Cook the gnocchi. Cook the gnocchi in boiling salted water according to the package instructions over medium heat for about 3-4 minutes

  10. Add the gnocchi to the sauce. Remove the gnocchi from the water and add them to the sauce

  11. Toss the gnocchi with the sauce. Toss the gnocchi with the sauce over medium heat for about 1 minute

  12. Transfer to a baking dish. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish

  13. Add the cheese on top and bake in the oven. Cover the surface with mozzarella and Parmesan and bake in the oven at 180 C for about 10 minutes until golden

  14. Serve. Remove from the oven and serve 🍝🍽️✨
