By chef Gulasch
One of the most popular Korean dishes. It is a dish quite similar to the better-known Poké. In bibimbap you will find, for example, rice, a spicy sauce, a heap of vegetables, beef and a fried egg.

Cook the rice. Thoroughly rinse the rice, add water in a 1:2 ratio, bring to a boil, cover, reduce to the lowest heat and cook for about 10-15 minutes until tender, or follow the package instructions
-
Cut the carrot. Cut the carrot into thin matchsticks
-
Slice the mushrooms. Slice the mushrooms thinly
-
Sauté the mushrooms. Sauté the mushrooms in a pan over medium heat for about 4-5 minutes until golden, then set aside
-
Sauté the spinach. In the same pan, sauté the spinach over medium heat for about 1-2 minutes until wilted
-
Sauté the meat. In the same pan, sauté the meat over higher heat for about 3-5 minutes until browned on all sides, season with salt and pepper, and set aside
-
Make the fried egg. In a pan with a little oil, cook a fried egg over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes; for a puffier white you can spoon hot oil over the egg while frying
