Steps to cook
-
Prepare the ingredients. Prepare all the ingredients - we will be cooking with them in a moment 🥩✨
-
Pound and season the meat. Pound the pork roast into thin slices, then season with salt and pepper
-
Sear the meat over high heat. Sear the meat in lard over high heat for about 2 minutes on each side until golden brown
-
Prepare the wine and vinegar sauce. Set the roast aside, pour the wine into the pan, add the garlic and vinegar, and let it reduce over medium heat by about half. Add the bay leaf
-
Simmer the meat in the sauce. Add the ground paprika, return the roast to the pan, and cook over low heat for at least 5 minutes, until the sauce reduces and coats the meat
-
Serve the meat in a roll. Serve the pieces of meat with the sauce directly in the roll, optionally spread the roll with mustard 🥩🍽️✨
