Sour white cabbage 200 g -
Ham 50 g -
Eggs 2 pcs

Plain Flour 40 g -
Caraway seeds 0.25 tsp -
Garlic Powder 0.25 tsp

Steps to cook

Prepare the ingredients. Prepare all the ingredients in advance and preheat the oven to 200 C so cooking goes smoothly 🥬✨

Squeeze out the cabbage. Squeeze the sauerkraut (do not rinse it)

Dice the ham. Cut the ham into small cubes

Combine the ingredients. In a bowl, combine the squeezed cabbage, ham, eggs, dried garlic, ground caraway, salt, and flour

Mix the batter. Mix the batter thoroughly

Bake the patties. Using a spoon, form patties on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in the oven at 200 C for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown

Serve. Remove from the oven and serve; they taste great both warm and cold 🥬✨
