  2. Slice the sausage. Cut the sausage into small pieces

  3. Chop the onion. Peel the onion and chop it into fine small pieces.

  4. Chop the potatoes. Peel the potatoes, rinse them, and cut them into small cubes so they cook quickly.

  5. Saute the onion and sausage. Heat a small amount of vegetable oil in a skillet or a wider pot. Add the onion and sausage, lightly salt it, and saute over medium heat for about 4-5 minutes until it starts to take on color

  6. Add the paprika and flour. Add the paprika and a little flour and saute for one minute

  7. Add the bouillon and potatoes and cook. Add the potatoes, add the bouillon, and cover with water at a ratio of approximately 200 ml per serving, or use stock. Stir, bring to a boil, and cook over low heat for about 10 minutes until the potatoes are tender.

  8. Pour in the cream and season. Pour in the cream, stir, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Let it heat through briefly.

  9. Serve and garnish. Serve hot. Optionally, you can finish the dish when serving with a little fresh lovage. πŸ˜‹πŸ½οΈ
