Coat and fry the fish. Coat the portions of fish in the prepared batter and place them into hot oil, fry over medium to higher heat until golden brown on both sides, about 3 minutes per side
-
Toast the bun. Slice the bun in half and briefly toast it in a pan over medium heat for about 1-2 minutes until golden brown
-
Slice the tomatoes. Slice the tomatoes into thin rounds
-
Assemble the bottom half. Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of the bun, add lettuce leaves and tomato slices
-
Add the fish and serve. Place the drained fried cod on the bottom half of the bun, cover with the top half of the bun, and serve 🍽️✨

Lentils with Sausage and Egg
Indulge in this delicious dish that combines a juicy sausage, hearty red lentils and gently cooked eggs. The core flavors are enhanced by a splash of apple cider vinegar, the aroma of garlic and shallot, freshly chopped parsley and butter, which creates a rich and creamy sauce with chicken stock. Pickled cucumbers add a refreshing touch at the end.
