Steps to cook

Prepare the ingredients. Prepare the ingredients.

Cook the potatoes. Put the washed potatoes, unpeeled, into boiling salted water to cook.

Cook the eggs. Cook the eggs (1 per serving) in boiling water for about 12 minutes.

Chop the carrot. Dice the carrot into small cubes.

Cook the carrot. Cook the carrot until tender in boiling salted water.

Cook the peas. Briefly cook the peas in the same water.

Chop the eggs. Finely chop the cooked eggs.

Chop the potatoes. Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes.

Chop the pickles. Cut the pickled cucumbers into small cubes.

Mix the salad. In a bowl, mix the potatoes, peas, carrot, eggs, mayonnaise and cucumbers, season with salt and stir. Let it rest in the refrigerator.

Prepare the chicken. Cut the chicken breasts into slices, season with salt and pepper, and lightly pound.

Bread the chicken cutlets. Dredge the chicken slices first in flour, then in egg, and finally in breadcrumbs.

Fry the chicken cutlets. Fry the cutlets in hot oil over medium heat until golden.
