What you will need

Bell Pepper 1 pcs -
Beef & Pork Mince 125 g -
Passata 100 ml -
Onion 0.5 pcs

Garlic 1 clove -
Ground Paprika 0.5 tsp -
Parsley 0.25 pcs

Steps to cook

Prepare the ingredients. Prepare all the ingredients and preheat the oven to 200 C 🌶️✨

Chop the onion. Peel the onion and cut it into small cubes.

Chop the garlic. Peel the garlic and cut it into small cubes.

Finely chop the parsley. Rinse the parsley and finely chop it.

Mix the meat mixture. In a bowl, mix the meat with the garlic, onion, parsley, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.

Carve the peppers. Cut off the tops of the peppers and carve a face into them with a knife.

Fill the peppers. Fill the peppers with the prepared meat mixture and cover them with the cut-off tops.

Bake the peppers. Pour the sauce into a baking dish, place the stuffed peppers in it, and bake in the oven at 200 C for about 30 minutes, until they are soft and the meat is cooked through.

Serve. Remove from the oven and serve 🍽️✨
