What you will need

Bulgur 100 g -
Grill cheese 100 g -
Cherry Tomatoes 50 g -
Cucumber 0.25 pcs

Onion 0.5 pcs -
Tomato Paste 0.5 tbsp -
Arugula / Rocket 0.25 pcs -
Garlic 1 clove

Steps to cook

Prepare the ingredients. Prepare all the ingredients - we will be cooking with them shortly 🧀✨

Dice the onion and garlic. Dice the onion into small cubes and slice the garlic thinly

Cut the vegetables. Cut the cucumber and tomatoes into smaller pieces

Fry the halloumi. Fry the grilling cheese in a pan over medium heat for about 2 minutes on each side until golden brown

Saute the onion with garlic. In the pan where you fried the cheese, saute the onion and garlic over medium heat for about 3 minutes, until translucent

Cook the bulgur with tomato paste. Add the bulgur and saute it over medium heat for about 1 minute, then add the tomato paste and pour in water (about 2x the amount of the bulgur), cover and cook over low heat for about 12 minutes, until softened (according to the instructions)

Mix the salad. Mix the salad and season with olive oil, salt and pepper

Pack into a lunchbox. Serve into a lunchbox, let cool and store in the refrigerator for the next day 🧀🍽️✨
