What you will need

Potatoes 250 g -
Plain Flour 75 g -
Eggs 0.5 pcs -
Butter 0.5 tbsp

Italian Hard Cheese 1 tbsp -
Sage 0.25 pcs -

Steps to cook

Cook the potatoes. Place the potatoes in salted water and cook over medium heat for about 25-30 minutes until tender
