Homemade Pizza with Prosciutto and Arugula

A very thin crust topped with tomato sauce, slices of prosciutto, and arugula, baked until golden brown. A great choice for those who love pizza.

What you will need

Flour for baking 170 g -
Mozzarella 0.5 pcs -
Dried ham 2 slice -
Canned Tomatoes 0.25 pcs -
Arugula / Rocket 0.13 pcs

Oregano 0.5 tsp -
Baking powder 0.25 pcs -
Italian Hard Cheese 0.5 tbsp -
Basil 0.25 pcs

Steps to cook

Prepare the ingredients. Prepare all the ingredients and preheat the oven to 200 C 👩🍳✨

Season the tomatoes. Season the tomatoes with oregano, salt, pepper, and drizzle with olive oil

Cut the mozzarella into cubes. Cut the mozzarella into smaller cubes

Dissolve the salt, baking powder, and oil in water. Add a pinch of salt, baking powder, and a little olive oil to the measured water and mix thoroughly

Mix the flour with the liquid and work into a dough. Add the flour to a large bowl, gradually pour in the prepared water, and mix with a fork, then knead by hand into a smooth dough

Spread the dough on baking paper. Spread the dough on baking paper into a circle or square shape

Add the tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil, then bake. Arrange the tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil on the dough and bake in the oven at 220 C for about 20 minutes, until the dough is golden brown

Finish with prosciutto, arugula, and Parmesan. Remove the pizza from the oven, add the prosciutto, arugula, and optionally grated hard cheese, and drizzle with olive oil 🍽️✨
