Honey-Mustard Salmon with Potatoes

Juicy salmon in a delicate honey-mustard marinade inspired by Nordic cuisine. A light lunch or dinner full of flavor. Served with boiled potatoes.

Mustard 1 tsp -
Honey 1 tsp

Steps to cook

Prepare the ingredients. Prepare all the ingredients and preheat the oven to 200 C - we will cook from them step by step 🐟✨

Cook the potatoes. Cook the potatoes in salted water over medium heat for 20-25 minutes until tender.

Prepare the sauce. In a bowl, mix the honey, mustard, and olive oil into a smooth sauce.

Remove the skin. Remove the skin from the salmon.

Chop the dill. Finely chop the dill.

Saute the spinach. Briefly saute the spinach in a pan over medium heat for 2-3 minutes, season with salt and pepper.

Bake the salmon. Place the salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, brush with the prepared sauce, and bake in the oven at 200 C for about 12-15 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fillet.

Prepare the potatoes. Peel the cooked potatoes, cut them into small pieces, and mash them with a fork; season with salt, pepper, and olive oil.

Season the salmon. Remove the salmon from the oven and sprinkle it with fresh dill.

Serve. Place the potatoes, spinach, and salmon on a plate, garnish with a lemon slice and dill, and serve 🍽️✨
