Steps to cook
-
Prepare the ingredients. Prepare all the ingredients - we will start cooking with them in a moment 👩🍳✨
-
Cook the rice. Rinse the rice, add water in a 1:2 ratio, bring to a boil, then cover, reduce to the lowest heat, and cook for about 15 minutes until tender, then let it finish steaming under the lid
-
Slice the spring onion. Finely chop the spring onion (you can soak part of it in cold water to make it crisper)
-
Slice the avocado. Slice the avocado
-
Slice the carrot. Cut the carrot into thin strips
-
Slice the crab sticks. Chop the crab sticks, leaving some whole for wrapping
-
Mix the crab sticks. Mix the crab sticks with the spring onion, mayonnaise, and soy sauce
-
Spread the rice on the seaweed. Spread a thin layer of rice cooled to body temperature (about 35-40 C) on the nori seaweed
-
Add the other ingredients. Add the prepared ingredients to the center
-
Wrap the roll. Wrap the roll using a mat or your hands so that the rice encloses all the ingredients and everything holds together
-
Cut the rolls. Cut the roll with a sharp knife, wiping and moistening it after each cut so the rice does not stick
-
Serve. Serve with soy sauce 🍽️✨
