What you will need

Puff pastry 0.25 pcs -
Quark soft creamy 125 g -
Leek 0.25 pcs -
Onion 0.5 pcs

Italian Hard Cheese 0.5 tbsp -
Garlic 1 clove -
Provensal herbs 0.25 pcs -

Steps to cook

Prepare the ingredients.. Prepare all the ingredients and preheat the oven to 180 C 🥧✨

Slice the onion and garlic. Cut the onion into wedges and the garlic into thin slices

Slice the leek. Cut the leek into thin rounds

Saute the onion. Heat the oil in a pan and saute the onion over medium heat for about 3-4 minutes until translucent

Add the leek and garlic. Add the leek and garlic and saute over low heat for about 5 minutes until softened

Season and add Provencal herbs. Season with salt and pepper, add the Provencal herbs, and stir
