Steps to cook
-
Prepare the ingredients. Prepare all ingredients and put water on to boil for the pasta 🍝✨
-
Cook the pasta. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. During cooking, reserve some of the starchy pasta water.
-
Mix eggs, cheese and some pasta water. Mix the eggs, grated cheese and a little pasta water (about 50 ml per serving) until a creamy paste forms.
-
Chop the bacon. Chop the bacon into smaller pieces.
-
Cut the portobello. Cut the portobello into larger pieces.
-
Sauté the portobello. In a pan, sauté the bacon and portobello for about 4–5 minutes over medium heat until golden.
-
Add the pasta to the pan. Transfer the cooked pasta to the pan with a little pasta water and cook briefly. Then remove the pan from the heat.
-
Add the egg, cheese and water mixture. Add the egg-and-cheese paste to the pasta and mix thoroughly so a creamy sauce forms.
-
Serve. Serve 🍽️✨
