Steps to cook

Prepare the ingredients. Prepare all the ingredients in advance so the cooking goes smoothly 🥩✨

Cook the potatoes. Peel the potatoes, cut them into smaller pieces, and cook them in salted water over medium heat for about 15-20 minutes until tender

Cut the onion. Peel the onion and cut it into small cubes

Cut the garlic. Peel the garlic and slice it thinly

Cut the parsley. Optionally chop the parsley

Form the meatballs. Season the minced meat with salt and pepper and form it into meatballs

Brown the meat. Fry the meat patties in a pan over medium heat on both sides for about 2 minutes until golden brown, then set them aside

Saute the onion and garlic. Add the onion and garlic and saute over medium heat for about 2 minutes
