Steps to cook
-
Prepare the ingredients. Prepare all the ingredients and lay them out on the work surface - we will cook step by step from them 🐟🥔
-
Cut the potatoes. Peel the potatoes and cut them into larger pieces.
-
Boil the potatoes. Put the potatoes to boil in salted water and cook over medium heat for about 15 minutes, until tender.
-
Season the cod. Season the cod with salt and pepper on both sides.
-
Pan-fry the cod. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat and lightly pan-fry the fish for about 2-3 minutes on each side to sear it.
-
Add the tomatoes and garlic. Add the garlic and tomatoes and briefly saute over medium heat for about 2 minutes so they release their aroma and soften slightly.
-
Prepare the parsley. Strip the parsley (optional) into leaves and prepare it for serving.
-
Serve. Serve the fish with the tomatoes, boiled potatoes, and optionally sprinkle with parsley 🍽️✨
