Pastrami Sandwich
By chef Franco Luise
A pastrami sandwich, or the so-called "Reuben," is probably one of the most popular sandwiches of all. It is not a cheap sandwich option, but at the same time perhaps the very best. Beef pastrami goes through a long production process that can take more than a week.
