Steps to cook
-
Prepare the ingredients.. Prepare all the ingredients and preheat the oven to 170 C 🥧✨
-
Prepare the pudding. Prepare the pudding according to the instructions: heat the milk with half of the sugar, add the pudding powder, and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the first bubbles appear, then turn off the heat and stir for about 1 minute more, then let it cool in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes
-
Slice the pears. Slice the pears into thin pieces
-
Chop the almonds. Slice the almonds
-
Mix the pears with sugar, almonds, and cinnamon. Mix the pears with the remaining sugar, almonds, and cinnamon
-
Place the puff pastry in the pan. Line the pan with baking paper and place the puff pastry in it so that it slightly overhangs the edges
-
Add the pudding and pears. Prick the dough in several places with a fork, pour over the cooled pudding, arrange the pears on top, fold the edges over the filling, and brush with milk
-
Bake the tart. Bake the tart in the preheated oven for about 40 minutes at 170 C, until the pastry turns golden brown
-
Serve.. Let the finished tart cool and then serve, optionally with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream 🥧🍐✨
