Steps to cook
-
Prepare the ingredients. Prepare all the ingredients - we will start cooking with them in a moment 🥔✨
-
Cut the potatoes. Peel the potatoes and cut them into smaller pieces
-
Slice the spring onion. Slice the spring onion into rings
-
Cook the potatoes. Put the potatoes in salted water and cook over medium heat for about 10-15 minutes until tender (depending on the size of the pieces)
-
Sear the meat. Sear the salted and peppered pork cutlet in a pan over higher heat for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown, or let a larger piece finish in the oven at 100 C
-
Saute the garlic and spinach. In the pan where you seared the meat, gently saute the garlic over low heat for about 1 minute, add the spinach and let it wilt until it loses volume
-
Prepare the smashed potatoes. Mash the cooked potatoes, season with salt, add the spring onion and butter, and mix to make a coarser mash
-
Serve the dish. Serve with the seared meat, smashed potatoes and spinach 🥔🍽️✨
