Steps to cook
-
Prepare the ingredients. Prepare all the ingredients – we'll be cooking with them in a moment 🥩✨
-
Chop the onion. Peel the onion and finely chop it.
-
Sear the meat. In a pan with a little oil and garlic, sear the pork quickly over high heat for about 3 minutes on each side, then set it aside to rest.
-
Sauté the onion. In the same pan, sauté the onion for about 2–3 minutes over medium heat until translucent.
-
Add the beans, tomato paste and water. Add the beans, tomato paste and a little water so the onion doesn't burn, and simmer briefly.
-
Add the spinach leaves. Add the spinach leaves and sauté briefly for about 1–2 minutes over medium heat.
-
Add the meat. Return the meat to the pan with the bean ragout and warm it through briefly for 2 minutes
-
Serve. Serve drizzled with olive oil and garnished with a little fresh spinach 🍽️✨
