  1. Prepare the ingredients. Prepare all the ingredients - we will be cooking with them in a moment 👩‍🍳✨

  2. Cook the rice. Rinse the rice, cover it with water in a 1:2 ratio (for example, 100 g rice and 200 ml water), bring to a boil, then cover, reduce to the lowest heat, and cook for about 10-15 minutes until tender; do not lift the lid unnecessarily while cooking

  3. Cut the bacon fat. Cut the bacon fat or bacon into small cubes

  4. Cut the onion. Cut the onion into smaller pieces

  5. Fry the bacon fat. Fry the bacon fat or bacon in a pan over medium heat for about 5 minutes until golden

  6. Add the onion. Add the onion and fry over medium heat for about 3 minutes until softened

  7. Add the meat. Add the meat cubes coated in flour and fry over medium heat until they turn golden brown

  8. Add water. Add water and simmer covered over low heat for about 30 minutes until the meat is tender; alternatively, you can place it in the oven at 150 C

  9. Boil the egg soft. Place the eggs into boiling salted water (you can add a little vinegar) and cook over medium heat for about 6.5-7 minutes, then immediately cool in cold water

  10. Cut the pickles. Cut the pickles and sausage into rounds

  11. Add the sausage and pickle. Add the sausage and pickles to the finished sauce and briefly simmer over low heat for about 2-3 minutes

  12. Serve. Serve with the boiled egg 🍽️✨
