What you will need

Portobello 1 pcs -
Potatoes 200 g -
Parsley 15 g -
Garlic 1 clove

Soy Sauce 1 tbsp -
Dijon Mustard 1 tsp -

Steps to cook

Prepare the ingredients.. Prepare all the ingredients and preheat the oven to 200 C πβ¨

Cut the fries. Wash the potatoes, peel them if needed, and cut them into thin fries, pat them dry with a paper towel, and spread them on a baking tray lined with baking paper

Bake the fries. Drizzle the fries with oil, season with salt, toss to coat, and bake for about 20 minutes at 200 C until golden and crispy, ideally tossing them after 10 minutes

Mix the chimichurri salsa. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, parsley, chili, salt, and pepper and prepare the chimichurri

Mix the marinade. In a bowl, mix the mustard, garlic, soy sauce, and pepper

Brush the mushrooms. Season the portobello with salt and thoroughly brush it with the marinade; you can add the rest of the marinade to the chimichurri

Pan-fry the portobello. Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the portobello over low heat for about 3-4 minutes on each side, cover if needed and add a little water as necessary

Slice the portobello. Slice the portobello into slices

Serve. Serve the fries on a plate and pour the chimichurri over the portobello steak ππβπ«β¨
