Potatoes 250 g -
Eggs 1 pcs -
Semi-coarsed flour 80 g

Garlic 1 clove

Steps to cook

Cut the potatoes. Peel the potatoes and cut them into smaller pieces.

Cook the potatoes. Place the potatoes in salted water and cook for about 15 minutes, until tender.

Prepare the sour cream dip. In a bowl, mix the sour cream with pressed garlic, salt, and pepper, and set aside.

Prepare the dough. Pass the cooked potatoes through a ricer or mash thoroughly, add the flour and egg, and work into a cohesive dough.

Shape the pancakes. Form smaller patties from the dough of approximately even thickness.

Fry the pancakes. Cook the patties in a preheated dry pan without oil on both sides until golden, about 2-3 minutes per side over medium heat

Serve. Serve the hot pancakes with the garlic dip 🥣✨
