Steps to cook

Prepare the Ingredients. Prepare all the ingredients - we'll be cooking with them in a moment β¨
-
Prepare the Meat. In a pan over medium-high heat, cook the ground meat together with tomato paste for about 6-8 minutes, until the meat is fully cooked and has no raw spots.
-
Prepare the Filling. Cut the tomato and pickles into thin slices.
-
Prepare the Dough. Cut the pizza dough into larger squares. Place one square into a small bowl so that the edges of the dough hang over its rim.
-
Layer the Filling. Place the cooked meat, ketchup, grated cheese, pickles, and tomato inside.
-
Form the Ball. Fold the edges of the dough over the filling, join them together in the center to form a solid ball. Place it seam-side down on a baking sheet.
-
Brush with Egg. Brush the balls with beaten egg.
-
Bake. Bake in a preheated oven at 190 Β°C for about 20-25 minutes, until the dough turns golden and crispy.
