Double Cream 50 ml -
Italian Hard Cheese 1 tbsp

Provensal herbs 0.5 tsp -
Ground Paprika 0.5 tsp -
Parsley 0.25 pcs

Steps to cook

Prepare the ingredients. Prepare all the ingredients in advance so the cooking goes smoothly 🍝✨

Slice the onion. Peel the onion and slice it into thin rings

Chop the parsley. Finely chop the parsley

Caramelize the onion. Melt the butter or heat the oil in a pan and slowly saute the onion over low heat for about 10 minutes until golden brown. If it starts to burn, add a little water

Cook the spaghetti. Put the spaghetti into boiling salted water and cook over medium heat according to the package instructions, ideally al dente

Add the spices and garlic. Add the spices and garlic to the caramelized onion and briefly saute over medium heat for about 1 minute

Pour in the cream and cheese. Add the cream and cheese and cook over low heat for 2-3 minutes until thickened, adding a little water if needed

Mix with the pasta. Add the cooked spaghetti, a little of the pasta cooking water, and the chopped parsley, mix, and briefly heat through over low heat, adding a little more water if needed
