Steps to cook
-
Prepare the ingredients and the oven. This will be on your plate — prepare the ingredients in advance so the work goes smoothly 🍕🥚
-
Spread the pesto. Spread the pesto over the crust, leaving the edges free so they remain crispy after baking.
-
Add the peas and mozzarella. Evenly scatter the peas over the pizza and tear the mozzarella into smaller pieces.
-
Par-bake the pizza. Place in a preheated oven and bake for about 5 minutes so the crust sets and the cheese begins to melt.
-
Add the egg and ham. Remove the pizza, carefully crack an egg into the center and arrange slices of prosciutto around it. Return to the oven and bake another 3–5 minutes, until the white is set and the yolk is to your liking.
