Stir-Fried Beef Slices with Vegetables

What you will need

Beef steak 0.5 pcs -
Frozen broccoli 75 g -
Bell Pepper 1 pcs -
Soy Sauce 1 tbsp

Spring Onion 0.25 pcs -
Ginger 10 g -
Beef bouillon 0.25 pcs -
Starch 0.5 tbsp

Steps to cook

Prepare the ingredients. Prepare all the ingredients - we will be cooking with them in a moment 🥩✨

Cut the meat. Cut the meat into thin slices

Cut the peppers. Cut the peppers into larger pieces

Cut the ginger. Cut the ginger into thin strips

Cut the spring onion. Cut the spring onion - the white part into wider rings, the green part finely for garnish

Sear the meat. Sear the meat quickly in a pan over high heat for about 2-3 minutes so it browns on the outside but stays juicy inside, then set it aside

Sear the vegetables. Add the vegetables to the same pan and stir-fry over high heat for about 3-4 minutes until they soften slightly but remain crisp

Add soy sauce, bouillon, water. Add the soy sauce, bouillon and half a cup of water per serving (or use stock) and simmer over medium heat for about 1-2 minutes

Add starch. Add the starch mixed with water and simmer over medium heat for about 1 more minute until the sauce thickens

Add the meat, tomatoes, soy sauce and simmer through. Return the meat to the pan and mix everything together

Serve. Serve and enjoy the dish 🥩🍽️✨
