Steps to cook

Prepare the ingredients. Prepare all the ingredients and arrange them on the work surface - we will cook from them step by step 🍜🔥

Dice the onion. Dice the onion into small cubes.

Dice the bell pepper. Dice the bell pepper into small cubes.

Cook the noodles. Cook the rice noodles according to the package instructions in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes (if you soak them beforehand for 1-2 hours, 2-3 minutes of cooking is enough).

Brown the meat. Heat a little oil in a pan over medium heat, break the ground meat into smaller pieces, and brown for about 3-4 minutes until golden.

Add the vegetables. Add the onion and bell pepper and saute over medium heat for about 2 more minutes so they soften slightly.

Season the mixture. Add the ketchup, soy sauce, and season with lemon juice, then briefly simmer over medium heat for about 1 minute.

Toss with the noodles. Add the cooked and drained noodles and thoroughly mix everything over medium heat and warm briefly for about 2 minutes.

Serve. Serve immediately while the noodles are hot 🍽️✨
