Steps to cook

  1. Prepare the ingredients. Prepare all the ingredients and let the forest fruit thaw 🍓✨

  2. Rinse the rice. Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear.

  3. Cook the rice in milk. Put the milk, rice, and a pinch of salt into a pot and slowly bring to a boil over medium heat.

  4. Cook until thickened. Then reduce the heat and simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally, for about 20-25 minutes, until the rice is tender and the mixture has thickened.

  5. Add the chocolate and cocoa. Add the sugar, cocoa, and chopped chocolate.

  6. Melt the chocolate. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until the chocolate is completely melted and the pudding is smooth.

  7. Add vanilla. Add the vanilla sugar and stir.

  8. Let it cool. Stir the pudding briefly, then remove it from the heat and let it cool slightly; it will continue to thicken as it cools.

  9. Garnish the dessert. Garnish with fruit, optionally with grated chocolate, and serve warm or cold 🍫✨
