Steps to cook

Prepare the ingredients. Prepare all the ingredients - we will be cooking with them in a moment 🥩✨

Cut the meat. Cut the pork neck into small cubes

Cut the vegetables. Peel and finely chop the onion, wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them into smaller pieces

Sear the meat with spices. Sear the pork in a pan over high heat for about 3 minutes until golden, then add the curry paste and, stirring constantly, sauté over medium heat for about 1 minute

Add the vegetables. Add the onion and tomatoes and sauté over medium heat for about 1 minute, until slightly softened

Cook with coconut milk. Pour in the coconut milk and continue cooking for about 5 minutes so the flavors combine

Add the beans and spinach. Add the beans and spinach and cook for another 1-2 minutes, until the spinach wilts
