Steps to cook
-
Prepare the ingredients. Prepare all the ingredients - we will be cooking with them in a moment 🍝✨
-
Cut the tomatoes. Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them into quarters.
-
Cook the gnocchi. Cook the gnocchi in salted water over medium heat for about 2 minutes, until they float to the surface, then drain them.
-
Saute the tomatoes. Put the tomatoes in a pan, season with salt and pepper, and saute over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes, until they soften slightly.
-
Add the cream. Add the cream and briefly simmer over high heat for about 2-3 minutes so the sauce thickens slightly.
-
Combine everything. Add the gnocchi, ham, and blue cheese and mix everything well over low heat so the cheese melts and combines with the sauce.
-
Serve. Serve 🍽️✨
