Cheese slices 2 slice -
Lamb lettuce 0.25 pcs -
Onion 0.5 pcs

Wholegrain mustard 1 tsp -
Dijon Mustard 1 tsp -
Sugar 0.5 tsp -
Wine Vinegar 0.5 tbsp

Steps to cook

Prepare the ingredients. Prepare all the ingredients - we'll be cooking with them in a moment 🥪🥩✨

Slice the onion and saute the onion. Peel the onion and cut it into thin slices, then saute it in a saucepan over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes

Add the mustard. Once the onion starts to color, (optionally add vinegar and sugar), add the mustard and briefly stir over medium heat for about 1-2 minutes

Fry the meat. Cut the pork into thin slices and fry in a pan over higher heat until golden, about 3-4 minutes

Toast the bread and add the cheese. Toast the slices of sourdough bread in a pan over medium heat for about 1 minute on each side, and after turning, add the slices of cheese and let them melt

Set aside. Remove the toasted bread from the pan and place it on a work surface

Assemble the sandwich. Assemble the sandwich - add the meat, mustard, onion, and lettuce

Slice and serve. Cut the sandwich in half and serve 🍽️✨
