Double Cream 100 ml

Steps to cook

Prepare the ingredients. Prepare all the ingredients - we'll be cooking with them in a moment 🥩✨

Bake the fries. Bake the fries in the oven according to the package instructions at the recommended temperature for about 20 minutes until golden brown.

Sear the meat. Season the pork and fry it in a pan over medium to high heat for about 2 minutes on each side, then set it aside.

Add the pepper and butter. Add the butter and peppercorns to the pan and saute over medium heat for about 2 minutes, until fragrant.

Prepare the sauce. Gradually pour in the cream and let the sauce reduce over low heat for about 3 minutes, until it thickens slightly.

Salt the fries. Remove the finished fries from the oven and season them with salt.

Serve. Serve the fries, meat, and pepper sauce 🍽️✨
