Potatoes 200 g -
Double Cream 50 ml

Green Pepper 0.5 tbsp -

Steps to cook

Prepare the ingredients. This is what awaits on the plate – juicy pork neck with pepper sauce, potatoes and green beans; prepare your ingredients in advance so the work goes smoothly 🥩🥔🔥

Prepare the potatoes. Peel the potatoes and cut them into larger pieces.

Cook the potatoes. Place them in a pot of salted water and boil for about 15–20 minutes, until tender.

Sear the pork neck. Salt and pepper the pork neck and sear it in a hot pan with a little oil until golden on both sides, then remove it.

Prepare the sauce base. Add butter or a little oil and pickled pepper to the same pan and sauté briefly for about 1 minute to release the aroma.

Reduce the cream. Pour in the cream and let it reduce for a few minutes until the sauce slightly thickens.

Warm the meat in the sauce. Return the meat to the sauce and warm it in the sauce for a few minutes on both sides.

Cook the green beans. Briefly blanch the green beans in salted boiling water for about 1 minute so they remain crisp.

Serve. Serve the pork neck with pepper sauce, boiled potatoes and green beans 🍽️✨
