Steps to cook
-
Prepare the ingredients. Prepare all the ingredients - we will be cooking with them in a moment 🍽️✨
-
Cook the rice. Rinse the rice, cover it with water in a 1:1.5 ratio, bring to a boil, then cover and cook over the lowest heat for about 10-15 minutes, until tender (do not remove the lid while cooking).
-
Prepare the meat. Pound the pork slices into thinner cutlets and season with salt and pepper.
-
Coat the meat. Coat the meat first in flour, then in beaten egg, and finally in breadcrumbs.
-
Fry the meat. Fry the schnitzels in a pan in plenty of oil over medium heat for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
-
Sauté the green beans. Sauté the green beans in a pan with butter for about 2 minutes, so they soften but remain crisp.
-
Add soy sauce. Add the soy sauce and briefly simmer for about 1 minute to blend the flavors.
-
Serve. Serve the meat with rice and green beans 🍽️✨
