What you will need

Potatoes 100 g -
Cooking cream 60 ml -
Celeriac 50 g -
Onion 0.5 pcs

Vegetable bouillon 0.5 pcs -
Butter 0.5 tbsp -
Sage 0.25 pcs

Steps to cook

Prepare the ingredients. Prepare all the ingredients - we'll be cooking with them in a moment 🥔✨

Peel the vegetables. Peel the onion, celery, and potatoes

Cut the vegetables. Cut all the vegetables into smaller cubes

Cook the vegetable base. Saut the vegetables in a pan with a little oil over medium heat for about 4 minutes, then add the bouillon dissolved in water (or use stock instead, if you have it) and cook over medium heat for about 15-20 minutes, until softened

Add the cream. Add the cream and cook over low heat for another 5 minutes or so

Saut the sage. Optionally, saut the sage leaves in butter over medium heat for about 30 seconds, until crisp

Blend and season. Blend the soup until smooth and season to taste

Serve the soup. Serve 🥔🍽️✨
