Slice the avocado. Peel the avocado and cut it into cubes
-
Chop the herbs. Lightly chop the herbs with a knife
-
Combine the salad. In a large bowl, mix the cooked quinoa, chopped vegetables, arugula, herbs, and avocado
-
Season and let rest. Season with lemon juice, lemon zest, olive oil, salt, and pepper, toss, and let stand for about 5-10 minutes
-
Sprinkle with seeds and serve. Top with toasted sunflower seeds and serve 🥗✨

Lentils with Sausage and Egg
Indulge in this delicious dish that combines a juicy sausage, hearty red lentils and gently cooked eggs. The core flavors are enhanced by a splash of apple cider vinegar, the aroma of garlic and shallot, freshly chopped parsley and butter, which creates a rich and creamy sauce with chicken stock. Pickled cucumbers add a refreshing touch at the end.
