  • Sponge biscuits 150 g
  • Ricotta 125 g
  • Instant coffee 20 ml
  • Cocoa 15 g
  • Rum 1 tbsp

  1. Prepare the ingredients. Prepare all the ingredients - we'll be making them into something in a moment 🍪✨

  2. Blend the ladyfingers. Blend the ladyfingers finely into a fine crumb.

  3. Add the ingredients. Add amaretto (or rum), coffee, and ricotta to the ladyfingers (ideally strong espresso), or use nut syrup for a non-alcoholic version, and mix.

  4. Mix the dough. Mix the mixture well until a smooth, pliable dough forms.

  5. Shape the balls. Form small balls from the dough.

  6. Coat the balls. Coat the balls in cocoa.

  7. Serve. Serve in paper cups or on a plate 🍽️✨
