  1. Prepare the ingredients. Prepare all the ingredients - we will be cooking with them in a moment 👩‍🍳✨

  2. Melt the butter. Carefully melt the butter over low heat; it must not boil

  3. Separate the egg whites and yolks. Separate the egg whites from the egg yolks

  4. Whisk the egg yolks with sugar. Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar into a light foam for about 5 minutes

  5. Add the butter and water to the foam. Whisk the melted butter and lukewarm water into the foam made from the egg yolks and sugar

  6. Stir in the baking powder and flour. Add the baking powder and flour and mix

  7. Whisk the egg whites to stiff peaks. Whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt into stiff peaks

  8. Add the egg whites to the batter. Fold the whipped egg whites into the batter in batches

  9. Prepare the baking pan. Grease the baking pan with fat, dust with flour, and tap out the excess flour

  10. Cook the pudding. Prepare the pudding according to the instructions. Bring the milk to a boil over medium heat, then reduce to low, stir in the pudding mixed with a little milk, and cook, stirring constantly, until it starts to thicken and bubble. Then stir for about 1 more minute and remove from the heat

  11. Pour the batter into the baking pan. Pour the batter into a deeper baking pan

  12. Add the pudding and bake. Pour the hot pudding over the raw batter and bake in the oven at 175 C for about 20-25 minutes. Note: It looks like there is a huge amount of pudding, but if you put less in, then after the batter rises, there would be too little and the cake would look sunken :) So put it all in

  13. Let cool and serve. Let cool and serve with sour cream 🍽️✨
