Steps to cook
-
Prepare the ingredients. Prepare all ingredients and preheat the oven to 180 C
-
Cream the butter and sugar. Beat the butter and sugar until smooth and fluffy, about 3-5 minutes
-
Beat in the eggs. Gradually beat in the eggs one at a time so they are well incorporated
-
Add baking powder, milk and flour. Add the flour, baking powder and milk and mix thoroughly until a smooth batter forms
-
Divide the batter and fold cocoa into one half. Divide the batter into two halves and stir cocoa into one of them
-
Pour the batter into the bundt pan. Pour both batters into a bundt pan and gently swirl them with a fork to create a marble effect
-
Bake the bundt cake. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-50 minutes; check doneness with a skewer - if it comes out dry, it is done, then allow to cool
-
Serve. Serve and enjoy

Tiramisu is not baked and is therefore very easy and quick to prepare, if you can then resist eating it before it has properly rested in the fridge. Our version by Marco Giampoli consists of classic savoiardi ladyfinger biscuits and a delicious egg-yolk cream with mascarpone, chocolate, and orange zest.
