Grate the tomato. Grate the tomato and let the excess juice drain through a sieve

Mix the tomato mixture. Mix the tomato pulp with olive oil, chopped basil, salt, and pepper

Slice the bread. Slice the sourdough bread

Toast the bread. Toast the bread slices in a pan with a little olive oil over medium heat for about 1 minute on each side until golden brown

Season the burrata. Season the burrata with salt and pepper

Assemble the bread. Rub the toasted bread with garlic, add the tomato mixture and then the burrata, optionally garnish with basil and drizzle with olive oil, and serve 🍽️✨
