Steps to cook

Prepare the ingredients. Prepare all the ingredients and lay them out on the work surface - we will cook step by step.

Cut the cherry tomatoes. Cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters.

Prepare the burrata. Place the burrata in a bowl, gently stir it and season with salt and pepper.

Cut a slice of bread. Cut a nice thick slice of bread.

Toast the bread. Toast the bread in a pan with a little olive oil until golden over medium heat.

Spread the burrata on the bread. Place the seasoned burrata on the toasted bread.

Add prosciutto, tomatoes. Add slices of prosciutto, the chopped cherry tomatoes and optionally fresh basil leaves.

Serve. Serve and enjoy the dish.
