Mix the dry ingredients. Weigh the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt into a bowl and mix everything together
-
Add the wet ingredients. In a second bowl, mix the kefir, egg, and melted butter, then pour the mixture into the dry ingredients
-
Combine the batter. Mix the ingredients into a smooth batter, but do not overmix so it stays light and airy
-
Fold in the blueberries. Add the blueberries to the batter and save a few for decoration
-
Fill the muffin cups and bake. Fill the paper cases with the batter and bake in the oven at 175 C for about 20 minutes until golden brown

Chocolate Tiramisu with Orange Zest
NOTE: If you want to prepare 1 tiramisu, select 4 servings in the app - that is the amount of ingredients for 1 tiramisu (6-8 servings). Come make this classic Italian dessert with us. Tiramisu is not baked and is therefore very easy and quick to prepare, if you can then resist eating it before it has properly rested in the fridge. Our version by Marco Giampoli consists of classic savoiardi ladyfinger biscuits and a delicious egg-yolk cream with mascarpone, chocolate, and orange zest.
